Lead. Always. Healthcare Certificate Program

Wednesday, May. 6 to Sunday, Nov. 15

Program description: The Certificate in Healthcare Leadership program is a collaboration between Oregon State University and the Hospital Association of Oregon. The program is a credentialed academic certificate that provides essential knowledge and leadership skills for up-and-coming leaders and provides a solid refresher on best practices for current leaders.

Session structure: The program commences with a two-day, in-person leadership development session to explore core leadership elements and identify strengths, values, and areas for growth, transitioning to an online training over five months.

Type A/B hospitals: The hospital association’s Small and Rural Hospital Committee approved funding for 1.5 scholarships to the program for each Type A and Type B hospital. For more information please contact Mariana Mendoza (email below).
